UCSI University offers on-campus accommodation in Residential Halls (Block D and Block E), as well as off-campus accommodation at Angkasa Condominium. The Residential Halls provide air-conditioned, double-occupancy rooms separated by gender, equipped with facilities such as air conditioning, coin-operated washing machines, an in-house cafeteria, 24-hour wireless internet, cleaning services, hot water bathrooms, a TV room per floor, a Musollah (prayer room), and 24-hour security. Accommodation costs range from MYR 4,400 to 7,500 annually, with a booking fee of MYR 1,000 for Block D and MYR 2,000 for Block E. All international students are required to reside in the Residential Halls during their first semester to facilitate their adjustment to university life.
